1.Is you has own factory or just middle man?
We have own dyeing and grey factory located at HuZhou City,ZheJiang Province.
2.What is your packing way usually?
We have two packing way for client:
A.For LCL fabrics each rolled on paper tube outside with plastic bag+woven bag.
B.For FCL fabrics each rolled on paper tube outside with plastic bag only
Or we can do other packing ways accord to client,additional cost will be added on quotation,
but if use above two normal packing way then no additional cost there.
3.What is your Moq?
Usually 3000 meters per color and 6000 meters per order.
4.What is your payment way usually?
We usually accept L/C at sight or 90 days at sight and T/T.
5.How can we get your sample if we need to check your fabric quality before place order with you?
For new clients we usually ask them to bear the cost of express charge and sample can be free,
we will cut the express charge at order payment time.
For old clients we can bear the express charge here in order to keep good relationship with our friends from abroad.
6.How you guarantee quality later for us if we need to place order with you?
1). grey fabric process:One arranged staff in next process will check his previous worker's work make sure quality at first is okay.
2). dyeing process:one experienced person more than 10 years to follow every step of dyeing process.
3). packing process:will carefully check the final goods when packing,if any defects of fabric we will select them out.
7.If later we find fabric quality problem serious,how can you give a best solution for this?
1). our clients take a photos of these defect fabrics,and pls do not cut rolls cause no claim after cutting rolls.
2). we will check our quality following records,if that really our problem then we will retun back your lost.
3). If we are not sure from records paper in our worker place then we will ask clients to send us defect fabric sample.
4). we will have a meeting to discuss it with our working people to avoid this same problem.
5). give clinets best solution to solve cause we know win-win is the best ways for each of us.
